Suggested Consumption:

1.      1. Thaw fish skewers at room temperature.

2.      2. Heat oil in a frying pan.

3.      3. Cook fish skewers, flipping periodically for even cooking.

4.      4. Cook for 10-15 minutes until thoroughly cooked. *Can also be cooked in an air fryer/ oven or on a grill.
